NVRSTOP Return & Exchange Policy

At NVRSTOP, we stand by the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return or exchange within 8 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from www.nvrstop.us.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Gift cards or custom-printed designs

3. Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for size or color issues, provided the product is in new condition.
If your preferred size or color is out of stock, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.


4. How to Start a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at return.nvrstop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will guide you through the process and provide the return shipping address (Pakistan).
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at return.nvrstop@gmail.com with clear photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund immediately.


7. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
